At the end of the programme you will have a concrete plan of action on how to go about making applications for your first role as a non-executive director. This will be achieved through 4 one hour sessions in a small group with Ken Andrew who will work with you in creating the plan. In addition between sessions he will provide support for you through email exchange in developing the plan.
