At the end of this programme you will have developed a comprehensive plan. This will include all of the activity to get to an application but will then go through managing the interview process and managing others through personality profiling and then on-boarding to the new board. This will be achieved through 10 one hour sessions with Ken Andrew who will work with you in creating the plan. In addition between sessions he will provide support for you through email exchange in developing the plan.
