At the end of the programme you will have a plan of action for applications and be well placed for success in NED-interviews for your first role as a non-executive director. This will be achieved through a programme of one hour sessions with Ken Andrew who will work with you in creating the plan and to coach you for interview. In addition between sessions he will provide support for you through email exchange.
