At the end of the programme you will have a short plan for the business that will enable you to have preliminary discussions with financial providers, potential customers, possible staff and others. This will be achieved through 4 one hour sessions in a small group with Ken Andrew who will work with you in creating the plan. In addition between sessions he will provide support for you through email exchange in developing the plan.
