This 12-month programme will place you on a non-conflicting board as a ‘board observer’ to gain real commercial boardroom experience. Each candidate is meticulously matched, based on their specific aspirations, requirements and skill-set, as a board observer on a ‘Host Board’ looking for just that skillset. This package includes:
- Placement onto a board as a ‘board observer’ (in a non-voting, non-legal and non-paid capacity)
- Mentoring, informally, by the CEO / Chair of that board
- Coaching with an independent NED coaches (8 hours)
- Coaching with a networking & personal brand expert (4 hours)
- LinkedIn reviewed and rewritten + create an executive bio
- A Non-Executive Director Masterclass (in association with Non-Executive Directors Association (NEDA) “The NED Certificate” and a copy of the NEDA Handbook
- First year membership with NEDA
