This 12-month programme will place you on a non-conflicting board as a ‘board observer’ to gain real commercial boardroom experience. Each candidate is meticulously matched, based on their specific aspirations, requirements and skill-set, as a board observer on a ‘Host Board’ looking for just that skillset.
Become a NED
Working in a small group, we will take you through the process of understanding the role of the Non-Executive Director (NED) on the Board, developing an awareness of your own skill set and matching it to the requirements of a NED, how to get appointed as a NED and preparation for the role.
